What is stopping a new demonstration of the non-bottlenecked performance of BCH?
All the developers have better things to do, we, plebs, don't know how to set up such a demonstration.
It costs money as well of course, about $600 for 1 million small transactions at current prices. But if it was a will for it could be done even if it was just icentivizing directly.
